A personal story.
After being diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease at 19, I have spent over six years learning about nutrition, lifestyle and wellness.
With a background in science, I became passionate about understanding what research says, what traditional practices have valued for generations, and what has worked in my own life.
I take one teaspoon of black seed honey every morning, and in my own experience it has helped me with my Crohn’s.
